Our passion and focus is to create places of genuine character, iconic status and lasting value. With astute market analysis and robust funding relationships, at Enstar we pursue a dual business strategy of:

Focusing our investment and development portfolio in West London
We buy mixed use buildings ranging between £2m-£30 million. This can encompass commercial and residential, retail with offices above, and vacant and tenanted buildings. We have a £100 million portfolio in the Notting Hill and West London area, and view our portfolio in the long term.

Targeting value driven opportunities in Greater London
This can range between £5m-£50 million for individual lot sizes. We consider vacant sites (where we take planning risk) and sites with planning or buildings which require refurbishment. We target retail, offices, leisure, medical and residential projects.
Our History
Founded in 2004, Enstar Capital is a property development and investment group focused on the Central London commercial and residential sector. For over a decade, our expert knowledge and robust funding relationships have allowed us to deliver a diverse range of high quality developments and build a portfolio of prime London investments.
With all of our current and future projects, we are constantly pushing the boundary of innovation. Our ambition is to build iconic character developments that are here for generations to come. Staying true to this ambition, we enhanced the management of Enstar in April 2022 with the addition of Simon Broackes, Steve England, David C. Brooks Wilson and Ozlem Gokce. Their appointments represent the powerful synergies Enstar delivers to clients, with skills and experience ranging the height and width of the private and public sector.
